Birthday Boy

Today is my grandson's 1st birthday. I don't get to see him or his sister anywhere near as much as I'd like to as they live so far away, well Co. Durham, which is about 170 miles from me. He is a gorgeous baby as is his sister.

Happy Birthday Taylor.

Jo's Danglie

I forgot to add a picture of the Danglie that Jo made. It really is very pretty and if you want to see some more of them then please go and take a peek at her blog. She has a few more pictures there. As well of pictures of her very pretty soaps. NAG, NAG JJ.

Summer at last???

I was out in my garden the other day, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, the cows were in the field a grazing on the grass, when a little butterfly decided to pay my flowers a visit. She is the first one I've seen so far, maybe there will be others.

Croap Queen's lot

Her Maj 'The Croap Queen' very kindly sent me a nice little package of some of her not so croap soaps, along with 2 hand crocheted wash cloths and a couple of wax Smelties, which smell gorgeous. I also got a nice amber coloured dangly thing.

JJ is an imposter and needs to relinquish her crown.

Kismet or is it Fate?

I made this soap as an experiment with some new colours that I got. I am really pleased with the way it has come out.

Strawberry milkshake

It's been a while since I posted last, I seem to run out of time, I'm usually too busy working on other projects to remember to post.

Anyway, the other day I made a Strawberry Milkshake soap. I am really pleased with the way it has come out and it smells divine - if you like strawberry milkshake that is.
