A Beautiful Day

Today is Thursday and I can't  believe this time next week it will be Christmas  Eve. In reality it will be pretty much the same as it always is for me. One thing I've noticed this year is that folk seem to have put Christmas  lights and decorations up much earlier than normal. I saw lights up in early November  where I live. There also seems to be more effort made with the outdoor displays. Some I've seen would rival Blackpool Illuminations. It has actually  been really nice to see and has lifted my spirits if nobody else's. Twinkling lights always make me smile and make me happy.

I am hoping for a clear night on the 21st  December  so I can see the rare conjunction  of the planets that is due to take place. It is supposed to signify the raising of our vibrations on planet earth. I do hope so. It really does need raising. There is definitely  a war going on at a spiritual  level.

I volunteer at Whittington Castle and I am also a Trustee of this wonderful  ancient monument. I have been volunteering here for the last five and a half years. This year has been a difficult  year for us due to restrictions and having to close etc., but hopefully next year will be better.

2020 An Unusual Year

Never in a million years did I ever think this time last year that 2020 would be quite like this. Not dwelling on it. Not giving the news headspace nor allowing the MSM to create fear in my life. Everything is going to be just fine. The people are waking up. Some more slowly than others and some just plain refuse to get out of the 3D thinking. I wish them peace and send them love.

But on another note I invested in another embroidery machine. A Brother VR single needle but free arm machine to compliment my Brother V3. It's a bit of a beast but I love it. It's not too dissimilar to use than the V3. I have been teaching myself to embroider T shirts. I love embroidering Tiny Tees for babies and toddlers. I've found that my preferred method for doing T shirts is floating them. I get a much better finish and can more accurately place the T shirt on the hooped stabiliser for more accurate design embroidery. I've also discovered that there are a wide variety of hoops available. Magnetic ones, Fast and EZ frames, normal hoops and a whole array of hooping stations etc.

Although I have been embroidering for years I've never really fancied doing clothes before until I stumbled across a young lady on YouTube called Angela Jasmina. What a motivated, hardworking young lady she is.

So much has happened since my last blog post that I can't possibly update you on everything but I will post a few bits and pieces and I will endeavour to be a much better blogger in 2021.

Back in November Moss & Me went for a lovely walk around Colemere. I've never been before. It was just magical. I have scrapped a few photos into a scrapbook page. I will get back into blogging my thoughts and adventures and hopefully a few nice photos in 2021. I have really missed writing my thoughts down.
