Today I have had a little fiddle. I have seen these hearts made with a variety of things such as rosebuds, rosehips, nutmegs, chillies etc. so thought I'd have a go at making one myself. Easy enough to do if not a little fiddly. I think my wire was a tad too thin but it seems to have held its shape fairly well. I scented it with some white roses fragance oil courtesy of Ruthie.

I'll report back when I've tried a thicker beading wire for you (not that I'm expecting mine to look like that. Good job "shabby" is in, 'cos it might well be wonky. LOL)
