I have a pattern called Turning 20 - again, that uses fat 1/4s. You layer 4 fat 1/4s together, cut them all in one go and shuffle to cut pieces and then sew it all back together again. LOL.
It is a fun and quick quilt to make but not sure if I really like this either. I used 12 fat quarters and each block measures 16ins finished. Now does it need a border or not?

Very pretty missus. those are more my colurs, and IMO it does need a border.
I think a border would look good.
